Our little boy is here! Jet Montgomery Penny was born Tuesday May 26th 2009 at 7lbs1oz and 19inches long. :) He is doing great so far and scheduled to have his surgery on his back as I write (now about 11:15). I am anxiously and prayerfully waiting for the phone call so say everything went well. Until then here are a few pictures of the precious little boy I got to see for about 5 minutes yesterday and kiss on the check before he left. 5 amazing minutes. :)

He's so beautiful! I know you are anxious that all will be well and we are praying that it will be so. Hope the surgery goes well and every day after this one will get better and better. I love those pudgy legs and arms. I think he looks like your dad in the picture with the paci, but I'm sure he'll change a lot as they do during this early time.
Hope you both are doing well and healing! Can't wait to see you all next month.

I'm SO happy to hear that your little Jet has made it into this world!! I LOVE the name!!! I think I checked your blog like 100 times yesterday! :) He is just beautiful and I can't believe all that hair!! Keep us posted when you can...you have our prayers! :)

MY heart skips a beat when I see his sweet face. Congratulations on your beautiful miracle. I'm so glad the surgery went well. God is watching over him and will continue to as he grows stronger each day. I hope you get to hold him and shower him with kisses tomorrow. Rest up as much as you can tonight. I can't wait to meet little Jet. He is so adorable! Maddie is really excited to meet him, too. We are praying for y'all. He is such a tough little guy. What a blessing! Oh and BTW, I am still jealous with how good you looked today! You are a tough gal, too!;)
